After relocating to Southeast Asia, we founded Ignatev Estate to bring order and discipline to a market rich in opportunity but often driven by noise. Our focus is simple: clarity before scale, structure before speed.
My mission is to build a high-trust capital platform — one that treats real estate not as product, but as allocation. A system where off-market opportunities are sourced, vetted, and structured with institutional logic, embedded downside protection, and long-view alignment.
