Verified and Recommended:

Verified with Conditions:
- The project has been verified, but with certain conditions or caveats.
- Some aspects of the project may require further due diligence or monitoring.
- The conditions are clearly outlined, and the project is still considered a viable investment option.
Verification In Progress:
- The Ignatev Estate verification process is currently underway for this project.
- Key information is being assessed, and the verification status is yet to be finalized.

1. Verification Pending:
