   We analyze demand drivers, location resilience, liquidity potential, and regulatory context — not surface-level appeal. Only assets supported by structural demand and macro alignment move forward.

2. Structure
   We examine the capital stack, developer strength, exit optionality, and income pathways. ClearView® rejects deals that can’t be properly structured for investor control, clarity, or secure exit.

3. Stewardship Fit
   We ask: Does this align with our investor’s goals and risk profile? If we wouldn’t allocate our own capital here, we won’t recommend it.
